Summary

KRAFTON Americas is seeking a Business Strategy Analyst to deliver strategic analyses and insights for current/future KRAFTON businesses by analyzing and monitoring relevant markets & industries. The role involves developing an understanding of KRAFTON's business environment, performing competitor analysis, presenting reports to executive leaders, collaborating with internal teams, and conducting research on various projects.

Requirements

• 1- 3 years of strategy related or other relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytics and presentation skills with track record of presenting complex data-driven analyses to executives/senior management clearly and concisely
• Open minded listener who can understand differing views, opinions, and aspects of business
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• Excellent document creation skills in PowerPoint
• Advanced skills in MS Office suite, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of KRAFTON's business environment and deliver actionable strategic frameworks
• Comprehensive analysis of the game and relevant industries
• Perform competitor/player analysis and identify gaps and opportunities
• Regularly present analyses and reports on key operating metrics to executive business leaders
• Incorporate strategic insights into presentation materials for executive business leaders
• Collaborate with internal team members to define project objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish project methodologies
• Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, brainstorming sessions, and analysis on projects related to marketing, creative content, game features, UI, etc

Preferred Qualifications

• Management consulting experience
• Knowledge and experience in the Game Industry
• Knowledge and experience in Data Analysis/Statistics
• Bi-lingual in English and Korean
