Summary
Join Demandbase as a Strategy Consultant and partner with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive revenue through platform adoption and expansion. Leverage your analytical, communication, and leadership skills to recommend best-in-class ABM strategies and workflows. Collaborate with Implementation and Data Analytics teams to create tailored Value Roadmaps and lead workshops to ensure customer success. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience delivering go-to-market strategies with measurable impact for B2B buyers. You will work closely with customers to understand their business goals and develop strategic recommendations. This role requires strong presentation and leadership skills, along with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across all levels.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a B2B Marketing, agency or marketing operations role or consulting experience integrating Sales and Marketing technology including
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics, or other B2B CRM applications
- Experience in the area of Salesforce automation (SFA), Lead Management and Marketing
- MAP (Marketing Automation Platform)
- Strategic CSM (Customer Success Management)
- Exceptional presentation and leadership skills with aptitude for business analysis with experience presenting to the C-Suite
- Ability to work cross functionally internally and within the customer organization, building relationships across all levels for effective stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with all tiers of customers to understand their business goals, GTM maturity, key workflows, integrations to develop and recommend a Value Roadmap that aligns their strategic objectives with the Demandbase platform
- Work with the Customer’s executive leadership on Go-to-Market strategic design for end-to-end process flows that enable Marketing and/or Sales to execute confidently against their go-to-market objectives
- Translate Strategic Objectives into Tactical initiatives to identify the most efficient solution and path to solving complex GTM needs
- Research the Customer organization and industry, conduct GTM Maturity Assessments, lead Strategic Workshops and present recommendations to all levels of the account
- Become an expert on the Demandbase workflows and functional on the technical best practices of the platform to speak confidently and make recommendations on use cases
- Collaborate across the Sales and CS teams to find growth levers and optimization opportunities as appropriate
- Develop best practices and thought leadership content for internal scaling and education across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales/marketing/corporate strategy consulting is beneficial
- Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and working with multiple clients in a consulting atmosphere
