Summary
Join Omnidian, a fast-growing tech-enabled service company, as a Senior People Strategy Consultant for a 3β6 month contract role covering maternity leave. Lead strategic and operational initiatives to scale the People function. Partner with senior leadership to strengthen the business operating system and embed people-centered practices. Build and operationalize core People programs, including planning rhythms, governance structures, and cross-functional workflows. Support the design and implementation of equitable and scalable compensation programs. Advise on organizational structure, role architecture, and leadership design. This high-impact role requires a seasoned operator with deep expertise in HR program design, organizational effectiveness, compensation strategy, and business operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in People/HR, Business Operations, or Organizational Strategy roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level position
- Proven success launching and managing OKRs or other goal alignment frameworks at scale
- Deep understanding of compensation strategy and equity benchmarking
- Demonstrated experience leading org design, role architecture, or workforce planning projects
- Track record of developing and implementing cross-functional programs in fast-paced, scaling environments (ideally tech or tech-enabled services)
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build and operationalize core People programs, including planning rhythms, governance structures, and cross-functional workflows
- Stand up or enhance initiatives such as performance enablement, career frameworks, or process documentation
- Drive clarity and execution on company-wide People programs aligned with strategic priorities
- Partner with execs and function leaders to refine and embed our OKR system
- Facilitate planning, retrospectives, and performance tracking cycles
- Create repeatable tools and templates that drive alignment and accountability
- Support design and implementation of equitable and scalable compensation programs
- Lead or advise on benchmarking, pay banding, and total rewards structures
- Collaborate with Finance and senior leaders on comp reviews and recommendations
- Advise on org structure, role architecture, and leadership design
- Partner with Talent and Finance to build scalable workforce planning models
- Help guide change management efforts around org shifts or structural decisions
