Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative sales, particularly in a metrics-driven environment
- Natural relationship-building abilities that create trust and connection
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional service across your pipeline
- Attention to detail, with a clear understanding of the value of maintaining accurate customer data
- The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment
Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students through their decision-making journey to choose the right course for their career ambitions via phone, email, and web chat
- Create personalised pathways for each potential student using your consultative approach
- Transform inquiries into successful enrolments - ensuring you achieve your targets to help in our vision to transform education and transform the world
- Work independently with the freedom to adapt your approach—we trust your expertise, not scripts
