Student Success Coach

Summary

The job is for a Student Success Coach at TimelyCare, providing industry-leading services to college students. The role involves guiding students in achieving their academic, financial, and career goals through personalized coaching. The coach will work remotely and need a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of student support experience, strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and access to necessary technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a social work, psychology, education or applicable field required
• Three (3)+ years experience providing student support services
• An evidence-informed approach, free from bias
• Experience providing student success coaching on the following topics: time management, goal setting, note taking, budgeting, stress management, career readiness, and more
• Access to a computer with webcam, telephone/smartphone, and a stable/reliable internet connection
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse communities

Responsibilities

Provide student success coaching to primarily college students through our Student Success Coaching service
