Requirements

  • Proven account management and customer success experience
  • Exceptional presentation skills and communication (remote and in-person)
  • Ability to analyze content trends and propose creative solutions
  • Background in video production, from planning to delivery

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive account growth year over year
  • Deliver demos, onboarding, training, and platform education for seamless client adoption
  • Provide strategic video consultations, identifying content gaps and opportunities
  • Develop tailored content plans aligned with brand goals
  • Lead subscription renewal discussions, securing equal or increased value annually
  • Productize repeat services to meet ongoing client needs
  • Own the entire relationship of a set of small to medium accounts as Primary Brand Manager and Success Concierge, through contribution to the business booking numbers on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Manage video production projects end-to-end, from quoting to final delivery
  • Oversee creator matching, logistics, and production management
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery through platform processes
  • Act as the bridge between clients and creators for smooth project execution
  • Resolve project-related issues efficiently and professionally
