Requirements

- Knowledge of credit card products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist our client base of professionals in activation and usage of our credit card products
- Manage the client relationship from card approval throughout the account lifespan
- Ability to properly articulate our card benefits and features
- Ability to uncover client needs and articulate value propositions in a clear and concise way
- Answering client questions regarding BHG and credit card terms and conditions
- Connect with our cardholders on a daily basis
- Understanding and promotion of BHG and more specifically credit card programs
- Maintaining and documentation of client interactions and activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and understanding of credit profiles are a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce a plus
