Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a passion for training through HubSpot product excellence
- Serve as the lead advisor to clients, running their onboarding experience and helping them to achieve their desired objectives with HubSpot
- Evaluate a customer's marketing and sales requirements, current tech stack, and business objectives to define their ideal onboarding approach
- Define the future state processes and the customer journey(s) that will govern how to implement HubSpot effectively
- Monitor and support HubSpot configuration, sales & marketing activities, campaign setup, technical integrations, reporting, and user adoption activities
- Stay a-breadth the latest developments of HubSpot
