Responsibilities

  • Client Case Management: Own assigned client cases from onboarding to completion, starting with simpler workflows and scaling up in complexity
  • Client Communication: Provide empathetic, clear, and timely updates, tailored to each client’s situation and tone
  • Documentation & Filing: Collect, review, and track all necessary forms and documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with internal teams, accountants, and other partners to keep cases moving forward
  • Pattern Recognition: Identify recurring client situations and proactively address potential roadblocks based on past cases
  • Operational Improvements: Suggest and help implement process improvements that reduce turnaround time and increase accuracy
  • Product Feedback: Work with our engineering team to test new features, flag issues, and suggest enhancements to our proprietary platform

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in paralegal, legal assistant, tax, or compliance-related roles
  • Startup or fast-paced operational experience
  • Familiarity with filing processes, regulatory workflows, or corporate compliance
  • Interest in automation, AI tools, and product feedback loops
