Requirements

• Be a current law student or recent graduate
• Have a personal computer and access to consistent high-speed internet during working hours

Responsibilities

• Learn OpenSesame’s legal software and processes
• Become familiar with agreement templates and conduct research to support compliance and risk management
• Assist with reviewing agreements
• Collaborate on legal requests
• Support efforts to ensure regulatory compliance
• Organize agreements in OpenSesame’s contract repository
• Support the legal team by addressing challenges and updating legal documentation
• Own a project to improve the legal department's efficiency and its workflows
