Summer Intern

Summary

Join XPRIZE's part-time summer internship program (June 9, 2025 - August 15, 2025) and gain valuable work experience in a non-profit organization. The internship involves virtual social activities, professional development opportunities, and a final research project presentation. Interns will work cross-functionally, assist with Brain Trust meetings, coordinate meetings, conduct research, and contribute to Global Visioneering deliverables. The program requires proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Outlook, strong communication and organizational skills, and availability to work remotely from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm PT, Monday-Friday. The internship offers a competitive hourly wage and a remote-first work environment.

Requirements

• Proficient in Google Drive (including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides)
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook (including email functions, meeting scheduling, and Zoom plug-in)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• Availability to work from 9:00am-1:00pm PT Monday-Friday for the duration of the 10-week program

Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally with Global Visioneering and Domain staff and participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings
• Assist during/after official Brain Trust meetings via taking and synthesizing notes and comments
• Coordinate and schedule small group meetings amongst Brain Trust members and Domain staff
• Gathering data, analyze current industry trends, and provide additional research to assist the Brain Trust with Global Visioneering deliverables
• Create and present on a final research project to the Global Visioneering team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
• Passion for solving global issues
