Supervising Physician

Summary

A remote position is available for experienced, licensed Physicians to provide virtual weight-loss consultations with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. The role involves conducting intake evaluations, prescribing medications, engaging with a diverse patient base, and handling prescription refills as needed.

Requirements

• Active medical licenses in at least 3 states (preferably including California)
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Availability during the hours of 8AM - 8PM PT, any day of the week

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual intake evaluations (15-30 minutes) with new adult patients (18+)
• Perform a holistic assessment of patient history, review labs, and prescribe medications as appropriate
• Engage with a diverse and inclusive patient base, providing evidence-based care to all populations
• Monitor patient requests and inquiries through our portal, with a response time of 48 hours
• Respond asynchronously to patient questions and provide ongoing care
• Handle prescription refills as needed
