Join Samsara's sales management team as a Renewals Supervisor and play a vital role in ensuring high-value customer experiences during renewals. You will supervise a team of Renewals Specialists, deliver against targets, and maintain accurate renewal results and forecasts. This metrics-driven role requires strong leadership, client management, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with sales and customer outcomes organizations, contributing to Samsara's financial success. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership experience in high-volume transaction environments, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for revenue growth. Requirements
- 1-3 years of leadership experience as a leader of individuals in a high-volume transaction environment (sales and support) is required
- 1+ years of leadership experience supporting teams in customer retention capacities
- English Fluency , written and verbal, is a must
- Exceptional track record, including overperformance of general business objectives and sales targets
- Demonstrated record of success in a high-pressure, performance driven sales / support environment
- Strong interpersonal, networking and influencing skills with executive level comms
- Experience establishing expectations around development and performance management for both FTE and contingent workforces
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Superior customer-facing skills with the ability to represent Samsara with strategic accounts and partners
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience required
Responsibilities
- Continually maintain and share accurate renewal results, forecasts, and customer trends
- Deliver against targets on a team and individual level
- Supervise a team of Renewals Specialists in multiple countries / time zones
- Roll up your sleeves and dig in with the front-line team as needed on specific deals
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
- Hire, onboard, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team
Preferred Qualifications
- Renewals and SaaS experience preferred
- History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment
- Strong empathy towards customers and passion for revenue and growth
