Summary

You will provide on-site and remote support to U.S. manufacturing partners, driving quality improvements and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include resolving nonconformances, leading root cause analysis, onboarding and developing partners, and collaborating on process improvements. This role requires 5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering, preferably with mechanical hardware, and a strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS). Requirements

  • 5+ years in supplier quality engineering, preferably with mechanical hardware or parts
  • Proven success in holding suppliers accountable while maintaining positive working relationships
  • Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 , and general QMS principles
  • Self-directed, data-driven, and process-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Drive Quality Excellence : Be the voice of the customer on the factory floor. Resolve nonconformances and lead root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
  • Partner Development : Onboard, assess, and develop manufacturing partners—leveraging control plans and scorecards to build quality in from the start
  • Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with sourcing, global quality teams, and the network to improve processes, standardize best practices, and share lessons learned
  • Remote + Onsite Engagement : Travel regularly to partner sites across the U.S. while using virtual tools to maintain momentum in between visits
