• Bachelor degree in related fields
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in large transformational projects in supply chain planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth technical expertise and configure Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning systems
• Represent ME Semiconductor planner interests in the Blue Yonder user community
• Conduct/lead business process analysis, design, validation and deployment of critical functionalities
• Create and modify procedural and system documentation
• Support the development and execution of test scripts to ensure Blue Yonder ESP software meets business objectives
• Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing workflows
• Implement best practices related to planning in the discrete supply chain industry
• Act as a trusted advisor across multiple departments in the planning domain
• Lead business process analysis, design, validation, and deployment of critical functionalities
• Create and modify procedural and system documentation
• Support the development and execution of test scripts to ensure Blue Yonder ESP software meets business objectives
• Identify and highlight incremental revenue opportunities within existing workflows
• Serve as a functional liaison and attend and contribute to key meetings between Logistics Planning, IT department, PJM, and Capacity planning teams
• Ability to model and triage the planning algorithm of BY ESP tool
• Perform root cause analysis and suggest optimal solutions
• Prepare and deliver presentations for peers, management, and executive level audiences
