Summary

In this role, you will partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to expand the product portfolio, optimize inventory, and ensure high customer fulfillment rates. You will lead the commercialization of new products, manage the supply chain throughout the product development lifecycle, and drive cost optimization projects. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of supply chain management experience in CPG, with proven project management skills. Requirements

5 years' experience in supply chain management, preferably CPG, including hands-on experience in a project management role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with R&D teams to support product portfolio expansion (NPIs)
  • Proven ability to manage the entire supply chain through the product development cycle from idea to launch
  • Partner with project managers on timeline creation and execution
  • Own cost structure around product costs and gross margin
  • Lead commercialization of new products (qualification, launch POs, etc.)
  • Anticipate and escalate innovation project risks
  • Facilitate Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) request process for innovations when required
  • Continually hold the cross functional team to account for delivery of risk mitigation plan through regular project meetings, ensuring risks are minimized
  • Drive sustaining operations roadmaps to drive efficiencies across Lume product
  • Lead tech transfer (supplier transition) initiatives in partnership with our product development team
  • RFQ new suppliers and negotiate commercial contracts/terms for new and existing categories
  • Bring and own cost optimization projects to the pipeline that drive long term product life cycle sustainability
  • Partnering with Supply Chain team members to drive sourcing strategy across categories
  • Develop and implement new supplier qualification process
  • Support operational analysis and scenario planning, to support commercial growth roadmaps
  • Analyze and operational impact of potential new launches
  • Collaborate across Supply Chain team to support annual budgeting process and drive cost analysis
