Summary
Join Palo Alto Networks as a Supply Chain Compliance Manager and drive compliance programs within the supply chain, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements. You will conduct gap assessments, monitor global regulations (RoHS, REACH, PFAS, TSCA), and maintain compliance with industry standards. The role involves overseeing accurate reporting of compliance data, responding to customer inquiries, and embedding compliance requirements into processes. You will manage 3rd party tools, prepare reports for leadership, and maintain compliance-related documentation. This position is key to ensuring the company adheres to relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain regulatory compliance, with a focus on global regulations
- In-depth knowledge of global regulations, including RoHS, REACH, and emerging frameworks such as PFAS restrictions
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive compliance initiatives across global supply chains
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including reporting, documentation, and customer inquiries
- Proven experience conducting regulatory gap assessments and implementing compliance strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable strategies
Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analyses between current processes and evolving regulatory standards such as RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, etc
- Conduct annual surveys of the supply chain for compliance related documentation
- Stay up-to-date with global regulations requiring lab testing, identifying changes that impact product compliance
- Oversee and implement necessary changes to meet compliance requirements, ensuring the company adheres to relevant regulations and industry standards
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to product compliance within the supply chain. Develop actionable strategies for addressing these risks
- Manage any 3rd party tools necessary to track and manage documentation
- Prepare detailed reports, metrics, and insights for executive leadership and other key decision-makers
- Manage and maintain all compliance-related data, ensuring accurate, auditable documentation that meets regulatory requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding compliance matters, ensuring timely, consistent, and comprehensive communication
- Establish and manage processes to efficiently handle large-scale requests from distributors and other internal stakeholders
- Regularly update the companyβs internal tools with frequently asked questions and key information to streamline customer and distributor responses
