Supply Chain Manager

Join BEMS Ventures, a dynamic and international e-commerce business based in Germany, as a Supply Chain Manager. This full-time role offers flexible working hours and requires proactive ownership of the supply chain, including demand planning, FBA shipments, and supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Knowledge in Spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills for demand planning
• Proven experience managing complex supply chain projects
• Expertise in inventory management systems like JTL and Netstock
• Ability to coordinate shipments between China and international fulfilment centres

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate demand planning for multiple product ranges
• Plan and execute Amazon FBA shipments with a 95% on-time delivery rate
• Optimise inventory levels using JTL and Netstock
• Optimise and drive implementation and improvement of standard operating procedures
• Maintain strong relationships with Chinese suppliers to improve delivery times and product quality
• Reduce overall supply chain costs by 5-10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Amazon SellerCentral
• Knowledge of Amazon shipment guidelines
• Experience working with international suppliers and managing sea/air freight
