Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on logistics and vendor management
- Proven experience in Shopify and Amazon store management and product listing optimization
- Experience working with Asian vendors, particularly in Vietnam, and understanding of their logistics operations
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing logistics and supply chain contracts
- Proficiency with relevant supply chain and logistics management tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with 3PL partners for receiving, fulfillment, outbound shipments, and warehousing inventory
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics and fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products
- Manage and maintain relationships with logistics providers and freight forwarders, particularly those operating in Vietnam and other Asian regions
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure that products are delivered on time and in good condition
- Address and resolve any issues related to logistics, including delays, damages, or discrepancies
- Support vendor management activities, including negotiation of rates and terms with suppliers and freight forwarders
- Maintain and continue developing relationships with B2B partners
- Execute B2B orders following vendor guidelines
- Upload new products to the Shopify store and other marketplaces, including Amazon
- Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for search visibility
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure that product images, descriptions, and other details are aligned with brand standards
- Oversee inventory planning and management, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained
- Collaborate with the CEO and operations team to forecast inventory needs based on sales projections and demand planning
- Manage the transition of inventory from suppliers to fulfillment centers and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained in the system
- Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics-related issues and provide regular updates to the operations team
- Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives
