Requirements

  • Inventory Management & multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and aptitude for numbers
  • Intermediate/advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel
  • English is required since our HQ is located in the US

Responsibilities

  • Get data ready to support Supply Chain analysis, contributing to reaching cost targets
  • Own Ordering Process. Support and Execution of the Purchasing process, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery
  • Monitor any shortage, help with replacements, and communicate it proactively to the Supply Chain team
  • Track shortages with Receiving reports on a daily basis, and action consequently
  • Update Purchase Orders based on vendor’s confirmations
  • Assist with the Distribution Model Process

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the food industry is a plus!
