Summary

The Supply Chain Principal will create complex supply chain solutions, act as the primary decision maker for client engagements, and lead project teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 6+ years of experience in the supply chain industry, exceptional communication skills, advanced SQL knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit, and expertise in various supply chain technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years in the supply chain industry with relevant project experience
• Flexibility to travel up to 50%
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge in using SQL as a troubleshooting and reporting aid
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to lead internal activities to stimulate company growth
• Ability and drive to conceptualize, develop, and present new ideas and solutions
• Exceptional knowledge of supply chain concepts with a primary focus on distribution applications
• Expert knowledge and experience in implementing and working hands on with multiple supply chain technologies
• Knowledge and experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), Labor Management Systems (LMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Supply Chain Business Intelligence Tools, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
