Summary

As a Supply Chain Analyst VA, you will manage ETA of anchored printed goods, coordinate weekly deliveries with the Marketing team, and communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders for efficient supply chain operations. You will also identify supply chain issues and trends, provide recommendations for improvement, and maintain accuracy in data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage ETA for anchored printed goods, ensuring timely delivery and availability
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to establish the desired flow of weekly deliveries
• Liaise with Anchored contacts to determine and coordinate delivery schedules as per requirements
• Confirm purchase order (PO) receipt, ship date, and ETA for all overseas goods
• Communicate payment requirements for overseas purchase orders to the finance team
• Verify receipt integrity by comparing POs with delivered goods and addressing discrepancies
• Identify supply chain issues and trends, providing recommendations for improvement
• Manage the Slack channel for Anchored prioritization, facilitating effective communication
• Communicate changes in delivery schedules to relevant parties for awareness and consideration
