Join Bricz, LLC as a Supply Chain Senior Manager and lead a team of 8-10 supply chain consultants. Accountable for project ownership, you will direct consultants in supply chain analysis, implementation, and optimization. Collaborate with senior management, employees, and external partners to define and implement cost improvement programs and operational best practices. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve annual cost reduction targets and manage the implementation of robotics in warehouses. Actively seek continuous improvement opportunities and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. This role requires advanced knowledge of supply chain concepts, particularly in distribution applications, and the ability to adapt to various supply chain technologies. The position involves significant travel (up to 75%) throughout the United States.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs Degree in Industrial/Electronic Engineering or closely related field & 36 months of experience required as Supply Chain Manager or related
- At least 3 yearsโ prior experience (1) working weekly with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (Manhattan WM, High Jump, etc.), (2) working with SQL and (3) integrating one or more of the following supply chain systems: Manhattan Associates, Korber, JDA, or Oracle
- Travel Requirement: Up to 75% travel in the U.S. to unanticipated locations throughout the United States
Responsibilities
- Train and develop team of 8-10 supply chain consultants professionals
- Account ownership for projects
- Direct supply chain consultants in their analysis, implementation, and optimization of various supply chain projects
- Work regionally, cross-functionally and cross-sites, with senior management, , employees and external partners to define implement cost improvement programs and operational improvements/best practices
- Lead cross functional team members to deliver annual cost reduction targets
- Provide program management in implementing robotics at a new or existing warehouse
- Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement within a supply chain
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and drive to conceptualize, develop, and present new ideas and solutions
- Experience in project management, including project planning, prioritizing objectives, and status reporting
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain concepts with a primary focus on distribution applications
- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to multiple supply chain technologies
- Lead Project Management engagements on Digital transformation and automation consultancy projects
- Lead the software selection, solution design and implementation design of complex supply chain solutions for leading retailers and e-commerce companies using Manhattan Associates' WMOS solution, Koerber WMS, or Blue Yonder
- Lead WMS design sessions, bringing the ability to translate customer requirements into specific WMS solutions using base functionality and custom development by the vendor where necessary
- Create exceptional design deliverable documents such as Business Requirements Document, Process Flows in Visio, Custom Enhancement Documentation, Interface Mapping documents, etc
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for multiple simultaneous WMS projects โ you will be the person the internal team looks to for direction, decisions, and best practices
- Work with the Business Development team to define project scope, schedule, and deliverables for new distribution process and technology opportunities
- Work with Strategic Alliances team to find and vet potential WMS partners to grow our practice โ we are looking for someone who desires to grow the WMS practice to include new WMS vendors and opportunities
