Summary
Join Olipop's Supply Chain Team as a Supply Chain Systems Analyst and play a crucial role in optimizing and managing supply chain processes. You will support the end-to-end product movement from production to market, collaborating with various teams and optimizing processes for efficiency and cost reduction. This role requires data analysis, strategy development, performance monitoring, predictive modeling, and problem-solving. You will also support compliance and performance audits and identify/implement new technologies. Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an applicable role within the beverage/CPG industry
- EDI Experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contacts (co-packers, 3PLβs)
- Demonstrated ability for strategic thinking with a willingness to perform tactical execution
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans and manage implementation and execution, along with an ability to analyze data and identify root causes
- Must have a collaborative style and an ability to persuade, motivate in all directions within the organization β to sell up, to motivate down, and to cross sell to peers is essential to success
- Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel skills is a must (Macro, Access Data Base)
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data related to supply chain operations, such as shipment and delivery times, costs, and inventory levels
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on supply chain. Build scorecards for various supply chain teams
- Use predictive modeling to forecast future demand and procurement needs
- Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps
- Support compliance and performance audits across the sites across the supply chain
- Support Identify/implement new technologies to drive effective and efficient processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Power BI & Tableau Experience
- Lean Six Sigma Experience
- Experience with NetSuite systems or any other ERP system
- Located in Eastern or Central Time Zones
Benefits
$75,000-$90,000 base salary + bonus
