Summary
Join Confiant, a cybersecurity leader, as a Support Engineer. You will be a key link between our technical teams and customers, resolving issues and providing exceptional service. Requirements
- 2+ years of working experience in a Support Engineering or similar role
- Working experience in an ad operations role or other AdTech-related position
- Knowledge of programmatic ad serving
- Able to read, understand, and debug JavaScript code
- Familiarity with DFP (Google Ad Manager) or other major ad servers
- Hands-on experience debugging Header Bidding technologies, such as Prebid.js
- Passion for web-based technologies and staying current with industry trends
- Ability to clearly demonstrate and whiteboard the Confiant product suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong sense of accountability and transparency in work
- An investigative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical resource for all customer-facing teams, and the oracle on all technical matters related to Confiant
- Serve as the escalation point for the Sales and Support Engineering teams
- Work closely with the Product team to relay customer feedback and insights from the field
- Sell the Confiant value proposition and story to prospects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with browser and network debugging tools such as Chrome Dev Tools, Charles Proxy, Fiddler, HttpWatch
