Support Engineer

Requirements

• 2+ years of working experience in a Support Engineering or similar role
• Working experience in an ad operations role or other AdTech-related position
• Knowledge of programmatic ad serving
• Able to read, understand, and debug JavaScript code
• Familiarity with DFP (Google Ad Manager) or other major ad servers
• Hands-on experience debugging Header Bidding technologies, such as Prebid.js
• Passion for web-based technologies and staying current with industry trends
• Ability to clearly demonstrate and whiteboard the Confiant product suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong sense of accountability and transparency in work
• An investigative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for all customer-facing teams, and the oracle on all technical matters related to Confiant
• Serve as the escalation point for the Sales and Support Engineering teams
• Work closely with the Product team to relay customer feedback and insights from the field
• Sell the Confiant value proposition and story to prospects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with browser and network debugging tools such as Chrome Dev Tools, Charles Proxy, Fiddler, HttpWatch
