You will interact with both technical and business users, manage process changes, and provide best-in-class support. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant degree, experience in customer-facing technical roles, and familiarity with web technologies and APIs. Requirements

  • A third-level degree, or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Relevant experience in a customer-facing role that focuses on technical solution design and implementation
  • Ability to demonstrate applied experience with modern web technologies (e.g. HTTP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) and REST APIs
  • A highly analytical approach to complex problems, and are not intimidated by technical challenges
  • Excellent communicator with the capability to advise/persuade technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to drive outcomes despite complexity, ambiguity, or changing scope
  • Familiar with at least one programming/scripting language and able to write scripts

Responsibilities

  • Interact with both technical and business users to gather requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive and scalable solutions
  • Effectively and proactively manage process changes with business and technical stakeholders to drive implementations forward
  • Act with precision and urgency to provide customers with best-in-class support, and lead workshops and troubleshooting sessions with customer technical teams to resolve complex issues
  • Continuously articulate best practices to encourage optimal integration and platform adoption, laying the foundation for the long-term success of customers
  • Stay curious about new technologies, develop new tools, and contribute to process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Content Delivery Networks (CDN), web servers, and proxy technologies such as Nginx
  • Hands-on experience with Splunk, Kibana, or similar technologies
  • Experience with file engineering and regular expressions
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and SQL
  • Software development experience
  • Experience with translation, localization, and internationalization processes and/or fluency in multiple languages
