Support Team Executive

Summary

Join Moneybox's growing Support team as a fully remote Customer Support representative within the UK, working on either a 2-month or 4-month fixed-term contract. You will interact with customers via online chat and email, addressing their queries and ensuring a positive experience. Collaboration with other teams, learning key operational tasks, and exceeding customer expectations are key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate is a driven, personable communicator passionate about customer service and personal finance. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company making a positive impact.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
• Degree educated or relevant work experience
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• A ‘high-output do-er’ with a desire to work in a fast-paced, fast-changing startup environment

Responsibilities

• Interact with current and potential customers through our online chat function and email, to address any queries they have
• Work with the wider Operations and Compliance team to ensure a great customer experience
• You’ll learn some of our key operational tasks, to help out our Pensions and Customer Operations teams on these where needed
• Work within an energised and passionate team, sharing your knowledge and experiences
• Look for ways to go ‘above and beyond’ to make customers happy
