Summary

Join our team as an Executive Assistant (Leadership Support Specialist) and perform a variety of administrative tasks to support senior-level managers. You'll optimize their time, manage inboxes and calendars, research personal and professional growth plans, build relationships, and drive communications.

Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of full-time executive support work experience
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides), Slack, Notion, and other productivity and project management tools/apps
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Organised and take pride in the quality of your work
  • Comfortable with various commonplace technologies and able to adapt to new systems quickly
  • Embodies trust and dependability, treats sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Charismatic โ€˜can doโ€™ attitude, requires minimal supervision, takes ownership in work

Responsibilities

  • Optimize your leaderโ€™s time and priorities to help them reach their ambitious goals
  • Take ownership and manage inboxes, calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and other company logistics
  • Research and develop plans for your leaderโ€™s personal and professional growth
  • Build rapport with your leaderโ€™s network and team and help to manage these important relationships
  • Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and social media
