Summary

The Senior Vice President of Demand Generation will lead a team to develop and execute a global demand generation strategy at Ping Identity. The role involves owning the pipeline number, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing a diverse team. The qualifications required include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred, proven track record (10+ years) of success in demand generation leadership roles within the enterprise/larger enterprise tech industry, global leadership experience, strong expertise with marketing and sales data and reporting tools, strong leadership and people management skills, exceptional analytical skills, high sense of urgency and drive for continuous improvement, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to travel as required. The base hiring range is $230,000 - $268,000 + Bonus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record (10+ years) of success in demand generation leadership roles within the enterprise/larger enterprise tech industry
  • Global leadership experience with a deep understanding of different geographic requirements and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong expertise with marketing and sales data and reporting tools
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and make data-driven decisions
  • High sense of urgency and drive for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to travel to demand generation events & go-to-market events as required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global demand generation strategy aligned with Ping Identity's business objectives and revenue targets
  • Own the unified strategies & execution across multiple channels of demand generation - field marketing, channel marketing, and digital marketing
  • Influence & partner on campaign strategy and design. Own global campaign execution in the field
  • Drive innovative demand generation strategies such as Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Oversee all aspects of the demand generation funnel, from lead generation to qualification and pipeline creation
  • Engage in customer expansion motions by developing programs aligned with the customer lifecycle, generating pipeline and creating interest
  • Take ownership of the overarching pipeline number for Ping Identity, continuously optimizing demand generation programs to maximize pipeline velocity and conversion rates
  • Align pipeline generation to the go-to-market ICP, as well as the field sales account segmentation and ARR goals to develop a pipeline generation machine
