Summary
The job is for a Senior Director position within Contentsquare's Web team, responsible for driving major changes in the business by migrating multiple websites and building a best-in-class web platform. The candidate will manage a team of 5 and report to the SVP Demand Gen & Brand.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Web or growth related roles within B2B organizations
- A great understanding of B2B funnel (ideally across all segments and motions) and the role the website plays in it
- At least 6+ years of experience in managing top performing teams
- You have owned or actively supported large scale web migration projects
Responsibilities
- Own the full strategy and implementation roadmap for all our web capabilities globally
- Drive and successfully complete the migrations of Hotjar.com and Heap.io into Contentsquare.com over the next 12-18 months
- Build a best in class web platform which supports both Product led and Sales Led Growth motions across all segments (SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise)
- Own, deliver and report on all Web related business metrics/OKRs (pipeline, Opportunities, traffic, Signups, new customers)
- Partner with the brand, global demand generation and local field marketing teams to execute ongoing marketing campaigns
- Partner with additional teams (inside or outside marketing) on short or longer term initiatives that impact our web ecosystem (Product and Engineering, Revenue, Operationsโฆ)
- Own the budget related to web activities and play a major role in shaping up our tools/platform ecosystem with the help of the IT/Procurement teams
- Drive focus and help prioritize the work of the web team, support their development and career journey
