Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related business/insurance field
• 5–20 years of leadership experience in the insurance and/or financial industry
• Deep knowledge of insurance products, including actuarial concepts, product management, legal principles, and contract language
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational transformation

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall P&C Product Management & Pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with financial goals
• Balance profit and growth objectives with distribution strategies to maximize corporate success
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, pricing, and underwriting initiatives
• Act as a key executive leader, defining and evaluating strategic business issues and developing financial solutions
• Partner with Underwriting, Claims, and Reserving teams, as well as key industry vendors (e.g., Verisk, LexisNexis, Guidewire)
• Ensure compliance with state regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations
