System Administrator

Summary

Join Encora as a System Admin and work remotely from 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST. This role requires 5+ years of experience and expertise in managing MS Windows Servers, SQL, Exchange, VMware, Nutanix AHV, and Cohesity Cloud Backup. You will be responsible for system backup and recovery, network management, Microsoft Azure and 365 suite administration, Intune, and mobile device management. Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and strong problem-solving abilities are essential. Experience with hybrid environments and security policies is also required.

Requirements

• Possess advanced scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Have 5+ years of experience
• Have strong knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization
• Have experience with Microsoft Windows 2016/19 Server, SQL 2012+, Exchange 2013+ and Exchange Online Server Administration
• Have experience with VMware ESXi 6.x, 7.x and vSphere Administration
• Have experience with Nutanix AHV Administration
• Have experience with system backup and recovery (Cohesity Cloud Backup)
• Have experience with Defender Endpoint Protection
• Have experience with Network Management (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN/VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, Meraki Firewall, Fibre Optic)
• Have experience with Cisco Networking, iOS and VOIP
• Have extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft 365 suite
• Have proficiency in Intune and mobile device management
• Have experience with hybrid environment device and user onboarding/offboarding
• Have knowledge and experience with creating/maintaining group policies and security policies
• Have experience with AD on-prem and Entra integration and management

Responsibilities

• Manage MS Windows 2016/19 Server, SQL 2012+, Exchange 2013+ and Exchange Online Server
• Administer VMware ESXi 6.x, 7.x and vSphere
• Administer Nutanix AHV
• Manage system backup and recovery using Cohesity Cloud Backup
• Manage Defender Endpoint Protection
• Manage network (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN/VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, Meraki Firewall, Fibre Optic)
• Manage Cisco Networking, iOS and VOIP
• Administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 suite
• Administer Intune and mobile device management
• Diagnose hardware and software issues on servers and workstations
• Develop and maintain group policies and security policies
• Manage AD on-prem and Entra integration
• Onboard and offboard devices and users in a hybrid environment

• Have experience with WAN Acceleration and Proxy – F5
