Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a System Administrator working with customer support platforms in a complex environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-driven and capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Zendesk Support, Guide, Chat, Talk, and other tools (e.g., Explore, Sell, Sunshine)
• Configure and optimize settings, including triggers, automation, SLAs, custom fields, etc
• Manage user roles, permissions, and groups to ensure secure and appropriate access
• Implement and manage Zendesk apps
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within Zendesk
• Stay current with Zendesk features and implement relevant updates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Zendesk-related inquiries and troubleshooting
• Maintain thorough documentation of all configurations, processes, and integrations
• And other assigned tasks
