Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Salesforce CRM system, including user management, data management, and configuration changes
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales performance analysis and tracking
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to gather and analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations based on findings
• Develop and implement sales process improvements, including automation and optimization of sales workflows
• Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and new features and make recommendations for adoption and implementation
• Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Experience with Salesforce automation; flow builders, approval process builders, or user management
