Requirements

• You don’t just communicate - you connect. You’re experienced in internal team management, with a knack for understanding and interpreting their needs, providing clear solutions, and nurturing productive, long-term relationships
• Advanced English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing
• You are comfortable and enjoy speaking with Australian clients
• Ideally, 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Solutions Architecture roles in a software development environment
• Either was a Software Engineer or is a Software Engineer looking to transition
• Passionate about Product Development, and loves learning about what is new in technology
• Has a personal working laptop or desktop computer
• Has a reliable internet speed (At least 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed)

Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with clients to workshop winning products and technical solutions
• Help be the technical bridge between internal sales teams and internal technical teams
• Roadmap and scope out product features and timelines based on designs
• Identify MVPs and potential avenues to increase project success chances
• Use long-term trends to help us build libraries and tools to reduce development timelines
• Work with project management and development teams to maximize project success
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
