Responsibilities

• Analyze, maintain, and support the "Texas Integrated Eligibility and Referral System (TIERS)" applications used within HHS
• Perform complex tasks like troubleshooting system issues
• Gather user requirements
• Test updates
• Ensure smooth operation for staff and beneficiaries accessing various social services programs through the TIERS platform
• Perform and support enrollment related Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS) project activities by Medicaid and CHIP Services (MCS) business areas
• Perform highly advanced work overseeing the daily operations and activities with all MCS requested TIERS business updates or requested enhancements using the agile process
• Perform project administration tasks for multiple projects
• Provide advanced consultative services and technical assistance to program staff, governmental agencies, and vendor staff to assist in accomplishing agency goals
• Analyze managed care data including Medicaid/CHIP eligibility, premium payments, and encounter data to resolve issues
• Identify problems and develop and communicate recommended options and solutions to operational issues
• Formulate responses to requests from both internal and external stakeholders
