Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 2-3+ years of experience in a strategy, analytics, or management consulting role
- Expertise in Salesforce with experience in optimizing and enhancing its functionality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and extract meaningful insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Own and manage our Salesforce instance and other internal tools, ensuring theyβre configured to meet business needs and support key functions such as order processing and customer support
- Continuously optimize Salesforce and other software usage to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance customer experience
- Analyze large data sets to uncover actionable insights, leveraging tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, or BI platforms
- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement, including capacity allocation, workflow efficiency, and cost reduction
- Design and implement performance metrics and dashboards to track key operational and company KPIs
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, or other analytics tools

- Salary range for this position: $110,000 to $130,000/yr, depending on experience and qualifications, plus equity
