This role involves designing and implementing data integration solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing data governance policies, identifying process automation opportunities, providing user training and support, and managing vendor relationships. You will ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all integrated systems. The position requires strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Salesforce administration and integration. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in systems and data operations, with a strong focus on Salesforce administration and integration
  • Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce CRM and its associated tech stack
  • Proven experience working with ERP and HRIS systems
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and integration
  • Experience with data integration platforms and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A proven history of interdepartmental collaboration and leadership

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust data integration solutions using SQL and other relevant tools to ensure seamless data flow between disparate systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and HR, to understand their operational needs and translate them into system and data solutions
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all integrated systems
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements, driving projects from conception to implementation
  • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative measures to ensure system stability and reliability
  • Manage vendor relationships for system-related tools and services
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations
