Systems Engineer

Requirements

• Strong software development and scripting capabilities (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with APIs, systems integration, and automation frameworks
• Analytical mindset with experience navigating and processing data from multiple sources
• Project planning and technical execution skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a system administration or technical support role
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer

Responsibilities

• Architect and build internal software applications and scripts
• Develop and maintain APIs and data integrations between internal systems
• Plan and implement automation strategies that reduce manual work across departments
• Design technical specifications based on cross-functional needs and translate them into scalable solutions
• Own the lifecycle of internal tooling projects from planning to delivery
• Evaluate and implement new platforms, services, or custom workflows as needed
• Provide advanced technical support and guidance for complex systems issues
• Stay current on technology trends and identify opportunities for system improvement
