Join Fivetran as a Systems Engineer, Finance Systems, specializing in Coupa Administration. You will be the primary Coupa administrator, maintaining and configuring the platform, providing user support, and collaborating with other engineers and business partners. Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with, and architectural and technical knowledge of Coupa
- Proficiency with Coupa configuration, user management, and workflow setup and understanding Coupa best practices
- Strong understanding of P2P processes and systems, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and expenses
- Familiarity with integration technologies (Celigo) and techniques, including REST and SOAP web services
- Working knowledge of analytics technologies such as Bigquery, Looker, or Sigma
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to develop and communicate across teams to get an effective vision and get buy-in from stakeholders
- Aptitude in problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Serve as our Primary Contact for all things Coupa!
- Maintain and configure the Coupa platform, including user roles, workflows, approval chains, and system settings
- Provide day-to-day support to users across procurement, finance, and other departments
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to procurement, invoicing, and expense management
- Collaborate with other Systems Engineers and Business Partners to manage integrations between Coupa, Netsuite, Workday, Ironclad etc
- Oversee supplier enablement, punchout catalog setups, and invoicing processes
- Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot system issues in coordination with Coupa support
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in procurement and expense management processes
- Generate and analyze reports related to procurement, supplier performance, and system usage
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations
- Implement and maintain IT General Controls (ITGCs) and other SOX-compliant technical controls
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and business rules
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience configuring integrations within Celigo or a like tool
- Software Engineering background
- SaaS company background
- Public company and/or SOX implementation experience
