Systems Integrator Partner Manager

Summary

Join Constructor as a SI Partner Manager and become a strategic leader responsible for cultivating and expanding partnerships within the Systems Integrator (SI) ecosystem. This role demands identifying, developing, and managing key relationships with SIs, agencies, and digital marketing firms to boost revenue and market reach. You will be instrumental in ensuring successful client deployments and fostering collaboration. A deep understanding of the ecommerce implementation landscape and SI business models is crucial. This position contributes significantly to the company's growth through strategic SI partnerships. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

• Experience developing, launching, and scaling go-to-market motions with Systems Integrators
• Experience working with SIs specializing in ecommerce implementations
• Good network and senior-level contacts within the ecommerce SI space
• Prior experience managing SI relationships and driving activation and engagement

Responsibilities

• Maintain a deep understanding of the ecommerce Systems Integrator landscape
• Identify and execute go-to-market strategies with SI partners
• Establish and grow strategic partnerships within the Systems Integrator ecosystem
• Identify, develop, and manage key executive relationships to drive successful client implementations
• Own the onboarding, activation and development of partners
• Contribute to the company's overall growth by achieving strategic partnership goals, including partner-sourced and influenced revenue, and successful client deployments
• Possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills specific to managing SI relationships
• Work effectively across internal teams and lead through influence with SI partners
