This individual contributor role involves ensuring our systems (including NetSuite, HubSpot, and more) run efficiently and integrate seamlessly. You will collaborate with various teams (HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to support scale, performance, and data quality. This is a remote role where you will be responsible for system administration, process enablement, integration management, and support and continuous improvement. You will work as part of a lean, high-impact team within GTM Operations, reporting to our Systems Architect.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite administration and CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SaaS billing tools (e.g., Chargebee, Zuora), CPQ systems, and user provisioning workflows
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business processes: lead-to-order, order-to-cash, and record-to-report
  • Experience supporting integrations (ideally with enterprise-grade iPaaS tools like Workato or Boomi) and managing sync/data issues across systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong ownership, follow-through, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a high-growth, fast-paced, and distributed environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead administrator for NetSuite, HubSpot, and other key systemsโ€”handling configuration, access control, and platform hygiene
  • Own user onboarding/offboarding, permissioning, and basic customization across platforms
  • Perform regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems and integrations
  • Support and optimize core business processes by aligning system configurations and workflows
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to scope and implement improvements, updates, and automation initiatives across the company
  • Maintain and evolve system documentation and playbooks to support business continuity and scale
  • Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of integrations across our business systems stack; including native connectors, enterprise iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato), and custom APIs
  • Partner with the Systems Architect to ensure alignment with enterprise integration patterns, scalable data flows, and long-term architectural standards
  • Troubleshoot sync and data flow issues, and implement robust monitoring and alerting practices to ensure integration health
  • Support the orchestration of AI-powered tools and automation frameworks to enhance workflows, streamline data processing, and drive operational efficiency across integrated systems
  • Act as tier-1/2 support for business system issues and integration troubleshooting
  • Proactively identify system or data issues, investigate root causes, and implement durable solutions
  • Champion operational improvements and automation opportunities that unlock scalability and reduce manual work

Preferred Qualifications

  • NetSuite Administrator certification or similar credentials
  • Certifications in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Workato
  • Experience supporting U.S. GAAP / ASC 606 reporting environments is a plus
  • Exposure to SOC 2 or SOX system controls a bonus
