Summary

Join PosiGen as a Systems Monitoring Specialist and monitor PV systems' performance, identifying and resolving issues. Utilize Salesforce and monitoring platforms to generate reports and analyze data. Collaborate with internal and external teams to investigate and resolve production problems. Validate issue resolution and work with vendors and project managers to streamline processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills and adapts to a dynamic environment. A base salary of $20-$22 USD is offered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate non-reporting and underperforming PV systems, generating cases when necessary
• Utilize Salesforce and monitoring platforms to generate, analyze, and report on system performance data
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to investigate and resolve known production issues
• Validate the resolution of production issues through detailed monitoring checks
• Work closely with vendors and project managers to streamline processes, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred experience with solar photovoltaic systems and monitoring platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Proficiency with Google Workspace is preferred
