Join Hawk-Eye Innovations as an iHAWK Systems Operator and contribute to the world of cricket! This 12-month, full-time, remote position (primarily UK-based) involves operating a ball-tracking system at cricket events globally. You will track sessions remotely, provide support to analysts, test software, maintain equipment, and travel internationally for installations and broadcasts. Responsibilities

• Track sessions remotely both live and retrospectively
• Be the key point of contact for analysts and provide remote support
• Work with developers to test software elements of the system and offer improvements
• Build and maintenance of kits in the office
• Go away to install broadcast services and permanent installations for cricket boards
• Ensure smooth, accurate tracking of sessions, whether monitoring them live or reviewing them retrospectively
• Be the key contact for our analysts, offering guidance and solutions remotely to ensure they can work seamlessly
• Help test and refine software components, suggesting improvements to enhance system performance
