Talent Acquisition Coordinator Sourcer

Summary

Join World Business Lenders (WBL) as a proactive and people-focused Recruiter to manage key stages of the recruitment process and deliver a great candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and contribute significantly to our growing company. This is a remote contract/consultant position offering PTO and a salary between $1000 and $1300 USD. The role requires excellent English communication skills (oral and written) and experience in a fast-paced US-based company. You will utilize applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to source candidates. The position is 100% remote and requires your own computer/laptop.

Requirements

• 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• +4 years of work experience in a fast pased enviorment in a US based company as a Recruiter, Talent aqcuisition specialist or talent sourcer
• Must have proven experience in candidate sourcing and head hunting, with the ability to quickly identify and engage qualified talent
• Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
• Experience with Zoom and zoom
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proactive approach and strong work ethic
• Ability to learn quickly and strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• You must have your own computer/laptop - the company does not supply equipment

Responsibilities

• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System, Linkedin and other social media platforms to source qualified candidates from various industries
• Conduct initial recruiting screening interviews when requiered
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process
• Maintain interview and hiring records
• Prepare and maintain headcount reports
• Other projects and duties as assigned
