Summary
Join StackAdapt's growing team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, supporting Sales, Commercial, and Go-To-Market teams. You will identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing strategies, building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute creative sourcing approaches. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about candidate experience and talent engagement. You will utilize various tools and strategies to source candidates, maintain pipeline activity, conduct talent research, and ensure inclusive sourcing practices. Requirements
- 1β3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably supporting GTM or Sales teams
- Strong research and sourcing skills with familiarity using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or similar tools
- Clear and concise written communication with a knack for personalized outreach
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple open roles
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Passion for talent acquisition, inclusive hiring, and delivering a strong candidate experience
Responsibilities
- Source high-potential candidates for Sales, GTM, and Commercial roles using LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, and other tools
- Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, target profiles, and hiring priorities
- Craft and send personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline activity in our ATS and CRM systems
- Conduct talent research and market mapping to identify trends, competitive insights, and pipeline opportunities
- Provide regular updates to recruiters and hiring teams on pipeline progress and outreach performance
- Ensure a consistent focus on inclusive sourcing strategies and building diverse talent pipelines
- Support the TA team with sourcing best practices, tools, and process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Take on more complex or senior-level roles across our Sales and GTM teams
- Expand into full-cycle recruiting responsibilities
- Specialize in a specific business area (e.g., technical sourcing, leadership roles)
- Grow into a Senior Sourcer or Talent Partner role
- Contribute to strategic talent initiatives such as diversity hiring, employer branding, or sourcing operations
