Requirements

  • You don’t just communicate - you connect. You’re experienced in team management, with a knack for understanding and interpreting their needs, providing clear solutions, and nurturing productive, long-term relationships
  • Advanced English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing
  • You are comfortable and enjoy speaking with multicultural team
  • 3+ years of experience as a manager, lead, or mentor
  • Has demonstrable experience in understanding business operations, designing and implementing development programs, conducting training needs assessments, and evaluating program effectiveness
  • Is knowledgeable of the best talent development practices, adult learning principles, and performance management concepts
  • Can help project team win by assisting them in creating overarching project goals and encouraging them to overperform
  • Has a strong understanding of business operations and strategy, with the ability to align talent development initiatives with the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Has a personal working laptop or desktop computer
  • Has a reliable internet speed (At least 30 mbps download speed and 10 mbps upload speed)

Responsibilities

  • LEARN about the team and the individuals, see where we need to improve and what good practices could be implemented across the company
  • OWN the performance of the Operations team as a whole (Developers, Projects Managers, Finance)
  • SUPPORT our production team in developing, and communicating a clear and compelling product strategy; and ENSURE alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives
  • WORK closely with the production team to guide the product development process, ensuring that the product is built to meet specifications and deadlines
  • WORK closely with an organization’s leaders and People and Culture department to identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving skills across an entire company
  • HELP individuals GROW in their hard and soft skills
  • CHAMPION company’s efforts to train and coach developers, project managers, and testers to improve their technical and non-technical skills
  • DESIGN and IMPLEMENT programs for team development
  • Plus, jump into new tasks as they come up!

Preferred Qualifications

Preferably has experience working in the SaaS industry
