Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS implementations, HR technology consulting, or HR systems project management
  • Hands-on experience managing data migrations and working with HRIS platforms or similar systems
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills, able to communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with frequent change
  • Collaborative team player who thrives on partnership and knowledge-sharing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in modern business tools (e.g., Slack, Salesforce, Looker) and enthusiasm for technology

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Deel’s HR solutions for clients, including HRIS, Compensation, Performance, Learning, Career, and Recruiting modules
  • Consult clients on HR processes, policies, and best practices, tailoring Deel’s platform to their needs
  • Manage data migrations from clients’ legacy HR systems to Deel, ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity
  • Oversee project planning, timelines, stakeholder communication, and issue escalation to deliver successful implementations
  • Provide expert training and guidance to clients on Deel’s features and functionality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams - including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering - to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Contribute to improving implementation processes, documentation, and best practices
