Summary

Join Blue Acorn iCi as a Talent Manager to lead resource allocation, operational efficiency, and team member growth and development. You will build and support frameworks for nurturing talent, ensuring team members have the resources and opportunities to thrive. Key responsibilities include resource management, operations management, people development framework implementation, and fostering effective communication and collaboration. The role requires assessing project needs, allocating resources, monitoring resource utilization, developing standardized procedures, and establishing career growth processes. You will also provide coaching, performance feedback, and facilitate training opportunities. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of transparency and collaboration, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.

Responsibilities

• Assess project and initiative needs, allocating resources accordingly
• Partner with project leaders and team members to align resource plans with project requirements
• Monitor resource utilization and capacity, adjusting as needed to meet delivery goals
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify talent needs and assist with recruitment and onboarding
• Develop and implement standardized procedures and workflows to streamline operations
• Monitor operational performance metrics (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities
• Address operational challenges proactively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Establish processes for career growth and skill development
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development planning
• Facilitate training and upskilling opportunities to expand team capabilities
• Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and mutual respect
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
