Requirements

• Have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Expanding recruitment pipelines for all positions across the whole world
• Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
• Building enchanting relationships with candidates by creating and sending striking recruiting emails
• Working with hiring managers to determine position requirements & their needs
• Maintaining candidate databases & processes via the applicant tracking system
• Being part of different projects related to different HR functions, if interested
• Mesmerizing potential A-players with your brilliantly crafted words on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, and Github)
